Told in their own words
The people who know best what working with Kheha is like are those who have been through it. Here are a few of their accounts.

"I came in with a lot of questions and a fair amount of anxiety. The guidance session helped me understand what was actually happening with my situation — not what I feared was happening. I left with a clearer head than I had in weeks."

"I needed a prenuptial agreement prepared before our wedding date, and I was nervous about the whole thing feeling clinical or adversarial. It did not. Achara walked us through every section and made sure we both understood what we were agreeing to."

"Comprehensive representation for a custody matter. It took several months and at times was very difficult. What I appreciated most was that I always knew what was happening and why — and I never had to chase anyone for an update. That matters a lot when you are already stressed."
Wirut T.
Bangkok — April 2026
"We had a cross-border element to our separation — my spouse is a foreign national and some assets are held overseas. I was worried that would make things complicated. Kheha handled it steadily, coordinating with a firm in the other country without any drama."
Pimchanok A.
Bangkok — May 2026
"The initial session alone was worth it. I had been putting off dealing with my situation for months because I did not know where to start. One conversation with Pranee and I had a proper sense of direction. I ended up using the full representation service, but even that first session changed a lot for me."
James H.
British expat, Bangkok — June 2026
"I am a Thai national married to a German. Drafting our postnuptial agreement involved Thai and German legal considerations. Kheha were very straightforward about what they could handle directly and what would need external help — and then they organised that help. No confusion at any point."

Three situations, three paths through
Each case study describes a situation type, not a specific individual. Names and identifying details are not included.
Separation agreement for a long-term couple without children
The situation
A couple had been together for eleven years and married for seven. They had decided mutually to separate but had significant shared property and a business interest that needed to be addressed properly.
What we did
After an initial guidance session with both parties separately, we prepared a separation and property division agreement. Both individuals reviewed the draft with us across two meetings until both were satisfied with every element.
The outcome
A signed agreement within six weeks. Both parties commented that the process felt more considered than they had expected. No court proceedings were required. The business interest was divided by agreement.
Custody arrangement for a mixed-nationality family
The situation
Two children, dual nationality, one parent Thai and one European. The parents lived in different parts of Bangkok and disagreed on schooling arrangements and holiday travel. Neither wanted court proceedings if it could be avoided.
What we did
We facilitated a negotiated parenting plan, meeting separately with each parent to understand their priorities, then working toward an agreed document. We coordinated with a European firm on the cross-border travel element.
The outcome
A written parenting arrangement reached without court proceedings, over approximately three months. Both parents indicated they felt the children's interests had been properly considered. Travel provisions were clear and workable.
Guidance session that prevented a costly misunderstanding
The situation
An individual had received advice from a non-legal source that suggested they were entitled to a large share of a property under Thai law. They came to us to understand whether this was accurate before taking any action.
What we did
A single guidance session covering Thai matrimonial property law and the specific circumstances. We explained clearly how the Civil and Commercial Code applied to their situation, which differed significantly from what they had been told.
The outcome
The individual avoided taking action based on incorrect information that would have damaged their legal position and their relationship with their former partner. A ฿3,700 session saved a situation that could have become much more complicated.
